Scott & White Employees Credit Union

Scott & White Employees Credit Union (SWECU) is a member-owned financial institution chartered in 1962 by the employees of Scott & White in Texas, United States.

This project was driven by the need for a strategic digital communication overhaul aimed at strengthening the relationship between SWECU and its members. The initiative went beyond simply redesigning email templates; it focused on transforming emails from static, informational messages into visual, engaging, and persuasive tools that fostered stronger community connections.

Two optimized template models were developed for different types of communications, paired with a redefined tone of voice that made the messaging more relatable and relevant to members. In parallel, SWECU’s presence on LinkedIn was enhanced, leveraging the platform where members showed the highest engagement.

The results were immediate and significant: within just one month of implementation, CTR and CTOR increased from 1% to 70%, directly impacting both revenue and member loyalty.
