County Excellence Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution based in the Midwest of the United States. Its mission is to provide accessible solutions and tangible benefits to its members, always putting people before numbers.

For County Excellence, we developed a comprehensive rebranding that included the creation of a new logo, the design of an integrated marketing campaign, and the refresh of their social media identity. In addition, printed materials such as take-ones, flyers, and newsletters were designed, along with the development of a brand guide to ensure visual and communicative consistency.

As part of this strategy, we executed a content plan that conveyed a more dynamic and approachable identity, strengthening the connection with members and their local communities.

To complement this, we designed a new email template, optimized both visually and functionally, which significantly enhanced the effectiveness of their digital communication. The result was a renewed and consistent brand presence across all channels, reinforcing County Excellence’s relationship with its existing communities while projecting a modern and trustworthy image for the future.
